Training this new hire on and off till April 9th.

2 weeks prep for Canadian OW

That's 3-5 days

Then 2 weeks

then VEGAS! VACATION!

Then train 3000IP-RDF-Dealing

Then re-write all Compass training material over the summer.

Then probably another new hire.

Don't think I'll get much done this year between all this stuff.

Definitely won't grow in this position.

Hate to be so negative. But they started these GLOBAL calls where we have to talk to people from Australia, India, London so they set the times so everyone can be on the call.

Austrialia is 17 hours ahead of me. It's 10:30pm here and 3:30pm tomorrow over there.

Bangalore India is 10:06 am

London is 6 hours ahead which is 4:30am

Sooooooooooooooo MY 6am is

Sydney: 11pm that night

Bangalore: 5:30pm

London: 12pm (LUNCHTIME)

BUT I am having a bit of fun. Went to the Hive with Cindy for beers, was home by 9pm.

And going to Chicago next week. Hope that goes ok.

Bad News: Mom broke her ankle outside her apartment. So we will definitely be renting a car.
I'm bummed about her ankle, it's going to take forever to heal. She's not in that great of shape.

Just chillin this weekend. Windy, cold, and rainy makes it nice to stay indoors.

Kids good but Charlie is driving me insane. He can't go without human conversation for longer thatn 5 seconds.

House is clean.

DH going to Cicero next Saturday, will have to think of something to do with the kids.

Every day highs in the teens or 20's. And a BIG STORM again!!!! Took me an hour and a half to get into work Wednesday. Waah!!!

Next week back into the 50's!!!!!!!!!!!11 Woo hoo!

Going out with L was fun, we left about 10pm which is much better than last time. lol

Enjoying my 4 day weekend, lots of cleaning to catch up on.

Google took over blogger.com, lots of improvements! makes this so much easier to use.

American Idol and Recovery

OMG, i had to stay home today Thursday as well. Waaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!1

I feel SO BAD for my partner. We're having our 'drinks' next Thursday night and I'll have to buy her some beers. We went out one night in October and stayed out till closing time just talking on such a deep level it was an amazing experience, we've been meaning to do it again but ice storms and other things got in the way. It's usually in response to us getting SO stressed out.

I feel so bad that I stuck her with that training. But I'm not 100% yet to go back to work, if I did I would feel like crap all day again.

Fever is down/gone but I'm not feeling that great still.

Tomorrow's another day.

Mom's coming tomorrow night! I think we'll go to the Library and McDonald's with the kids and maybe pillow shopping at Dillard's in a mall.

Then casino Saturday night! !!!!

American Idol Hollywood round is next Tuesday, I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The audi6tons were good but they picked a couple of more souther Blond girls just like Kelli Pickler and Carrie Underwood. HOW ANNOYIBNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When mom come's we're going to plan the VEGAS VACATION! and we're going to Jelly Stone Park with the kids in September! I don't care if I have to take them myself.

I'm in the last week, the home stretch of this training, it has been going better than expected. THEN today I started feeling SICK, headache, FEVER!, stomach ache. Well here I am with a friggen 102.5 temperature. Charlie is also sick, Johnny was last week. My only hope is it moves quickly and I"m back in fighting shape Thursday. I feel bad cause my partner has to train my class with NO preparation. oy oy oy.

Too Much Fun

I had so much fun Saturday night it should be illegal, and probably is in Singapore. LOL. Dinner was ok, but the Ba Ha Rock Club! They had this band called Reunion and they play classic rock songs that everyone knows. So we sang at the top of our lungs and danced. WOWOWOWOWOWO I never had so much fun.

What a great night, and the awesome thing is I controlled my beers so I wasn't too hungover Sunday. NICE

Ugh, back to the meat grinder Monday. Wish me luck for week 2 of this mess I'm in.

Training free trials Monday then on to Reuters Plus. SCARY!

Ups and Downs

WOW. What a week of ups and downs. I'm still recovering from a fall at bowling friday night. Right on my ass! O U C H!~!!!!! Messed up my tail bone and thumb which is still recuperating.

AND I'm going out Saturday night! Dinner at Lois and Clark's downtown St. Charles then Baha Rock Club and maybe the casino. WOW. We've been planning that for a month. We invited a whole bunch of people from work, hope we have a big group.

M went to Cicero for the rent which we got but we REALLY need to sell this building!

Also I took both boys to see their first play. Dr. Seussical the Musical! Johnny liked it, Charlie liked it for about 10 minutes then kept asking if it was over so we could go home! argh!

The boys and I built our first snowman out front! It's pretty pathetic looking, I'll post pics later.

Re-training the Sept-Oct 06 new hires on the Compass side of the house, I was very nervous about this but it is going well so far. Gb is behaving himself.

That's about it. American Idol started again and it's Rockin!!! Very excited!
